NORTHVIEW BETA CLUB
BETA MEETING POLICY
Friendly reminders:
You cannot miss more than two meetings per semester.

All meetings are in the morning at 7:45 AM in the auditorium.
​
There will be Beta officers outside the auditorium prior to the start of each meeting taking attendance. They will stop taking attendance promptly at 7:55 AM. If you are unable to make it to a meeting, please contact northviewbetaclub@gmail.com the night before by 11:59 PM sharp, with an excuse as to why you cannot make it. The officer board will take into consideration whether or not the reason of absence is excused.
BETA-SPONSORED VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Friendly reminders:
You need at least 8 Beta-sponsored hours per semester.

An hour is considered a Beta sponsored hour if the volunteer opportunity is promoted by Beta (ex. any opportunities sent out through email, posted on Facebook, or posted on the website), unless Beta specifically states that the hours are not Beta sponsored.
REGULAR VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Friendly reminder: you must have at least 18 volunteer hours overall per semester (including the 8 Beta-sponsored hours requirement).

If you need help looking for regular volunteer opportunities, feel free to email us! We would be happy to help.

Some suggestions we would recommend to volunteer on a regular basis is at GA SPCA, the Ocee Library, downtown soup kitchens, and many more!
